Privacy Policy

Last updated September 5, 2026

My Savior is an AI application operated by Portis Holdings LLC ("we"). This policy explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

An account identifier, created automatically when you open the app. If you subscribe, your email address and a Stripe customer record; we never see your card number. For subscribers, the messages you send and the replies you receive, so your history can be restored on any device. For free accounts, messages are processed but not stored beyond the current session. Basic technical logs such as errors and request counts.

How we use it

To run the service, enforce free-tier limits, bill subscriptions, restore saved history, and fix problems. Incoming messages are screened by automated moderation to keep the service safe and respectful; conversations flagged for violations may be reviewed as described in our Terms of Service. We do not sell personal data and we do not use your conversations for advertising.

Who else sees it

Your messages are sent to an AI model provider (Anthropic) to generate replies, and for subscribers to ElevenLabs to generate audio. Payment data goes to Stripe. Data is stored with Supabase and served by Vercel. Each provider handles data under its own terms.

Voice

Voice input uses your browser's built-in speech recognition. Audio is handled by your browser and its vendor; we receive only the resulting text.

Your choices

Email craig@bcreative.media to request a copy of your data or to delete your account and history. Cancel a subscription any time from the account menu.

Sensitive conversations

People sometimes share deeply personal matters here. We treat all conversations as confidential, but this is software, not a pastor or a counselor, and it is not covered by clergy or medical privilege.

Children

My Savior is intended for adults and for minors only with a parent or guardian's supervision.
